Cameron House Support Head Chef Rohan Wadke and owner of Rohan’s Kitchen is celebrating after being recognised by the House of Common in an Early Day Motion.

He said on social media, “Receiving the EDM award from the “House of Commons” is a great honor and serves as validation of my unwavering commitment to the hospitality sector. I am thankful for the nomination by my local MP to the UK Parliament, recognising my contributions to the industry and my efforts in supporting the local community and aspiring chefs within educational institutions.

“Being acknowledged through an Early Day Motion from the House of Commons is a testament to the positive impact and growth demonstrated by an individual within community.

“My heartfelt gratitude to Members of Parliament Kirsten Oswald from East Renfrewshire council for this esteemed recognition of my dedication to community engagement and culinary excellence.”

It follows praise from another member of Parliament, this time the Scottish Parliaments’ Pam Gosal. The MSP wrote to Rohan complimenting him after their meeting at Cameron House.
