Following the success of its first live event last year, The Scottish Rum Festival is returning for a second year, and coming to Glasgow’s SWG3.
Scheduled to take place on the first weekend of the Scottish Food & Drink Fortnight, the festival will showcase the heritage of rum-making in Scotland as well as the country’s burgeoning rum scene covering established distilleries to innovative new producers.
“We are delighted to bring The Scottish Rum Festival back for its second year, this time in the vibrant city of Glasgow,” said Jasmine Wheelhouse, Scottish Rum Festival organiser. “Following the success of our inaugural event, we are excited to once again showcase Scotland’s rich rum heritage and the incredible producers on the Scottish rum map. With an array of fantastic producers, interactive masterclasses, and of course, plenty of rum, this year’s festival promises to be even bigger and better than before.”
