With a week to go until Steve Clarke’s team kick off the opening Euros match against Germany, Platform has revealed the details of it’s 1800 capacity football fanzone ‘under the arches’ in Glasgow.
Along with giant screens throughout the venue and the outdoor courtyard, the dog-friendly fanzone will be providing a ‘Platform Predicts’ mascot which means one lucky dog will be tasked with predicting the winner of every game by sitting at the relevant team’s station.
The venue itself will have EUROs themed decorations including bunting, football cutouts, and flags, and it will include an interactive goal target area for fans to shoot their best goals.
The hero’s of the Tartan Army’s will also be celebrated, with cocktail specials including the Super John McGinn and Elderflower of Scotland, a nod to Craig Gordon which features Bombay Sapphire, St Germain, lemon, sugar and topped with soda.
