Adam Strang and Stuart Kay are launching a new taco and tequila bar called Poko Loko, at the end of this month on Hutcheson Street in Glasgow, formerly known as the Pavement Bar.
The brand has been the subject of countless discussions over the years, and they have teamed up with local carpenter and artist, Ray McKinstry, to create a vibrant, colourful venue inspired by the lively backstreets of Mexico.
Adam Strang, co-owner said, “We’re looking forward to opening the doors and showcasing what our team has done here. The venue blends vibrant colours and eclectic designs heavily inspired by Mexican back streets. The idea was to create an immersive atmosphere from the moment you walk into Poko Loko and we can’t wait for people to experience the energy and creativity of the venue.”
