Arc Inspirations is opening its first Scottish site in Edinburgh next month when it launches its New York-inspired cocktail bar, Manahatta. It joins an expanding portfolio for the group, which has 17 bars across nine locations in the UK, including Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Sheffield, York, and Harrogate.
Set to officially open on Saturday 26th October, Manahatta Edinburgh is promising “to bring ‘big city buzz’ and a new level of excitement to Edinburgh’s lively nightlife scene.”
Located across two floors on Rose Street, the business is investing £2.45m in the site, which will also reveal a new updated look and feel for the brand.
The company say that “both floors will boast art-deco-inspired arched back bars and bold lighting that channels the essence of New York streets. A mirrored disco ball, reminiscent of Times Square’s famous ball drop, adds a touch of glamour and an elevated DJ booth looks over the sprawling dancefloor.”
The events calendar includes the brand’s ‘LIVE & LOUD Piano Night’ every Thursday where guests can enjoy live music performances and get involved by sharing their musical requests while the Edinburgh launch will see the arrival of Manahatta’s daily Boozy Brunch which runs until 8pm. The food menu adds a touch of the Big Apple with the NY Club Bagel, Karaage Chicken Bowl and Steak Frites while the cocktails feature the Diamonds are Forever sharer and the brands signature cocktails from the Six in The City menu.
Martin Wolstencroft, CEO, Arc Inspirations said, “Edinburgh is the perfect city for our debut in Scotland, and we’re excited to introduce our new interior design concept to this vibrant location. With a significant £2.45m investment in the site, we’re eager to offer an elevated and unique experience that captures the essence of New York in Scotland’s capital, complete with top-notch entertainment and a dynamic atmosphere.”
