Aberdeen-based brewery Fierce Beer has teamed up with Hilton Aberdeen TECA to open a new pop-up bar called “Flight Path” at the hotel, coinciding with events at the neighbouring P&J Live arena.

The pop-up, which launched this week in time for the first performance of Les Misérables, will open during P&J Live event dates offering Fierce Beer’s gluten-free and vegan-friendly core range, seasonal beers and cocktails along with a street food menu.

Dave Grant, Fierce Beer’s founder and managing director, said, “Our partnership with Hilton, situated in the state-of-the-art event complex celebrating the arts & culture of our city, seemed like the perfect fit – as we too view ourselves as modern & forward thinking in what we do here at the brewery. We wish the new bar every success, and to the Les Mis cast… break a leg!””

Kevin Tinto, Hilton Hotel Operations Manager, said, “Partnering with Fierce Beer is a fantastic opportunity for Hilton Aberdeen TECA to grow its customer base and offer a very different drinking & dining experience within the hotel.

“The support provided by Fierce in the run up to launching has been exceptional and, as a hotel, we are excited to see where this new partnership will lead.”
