Popeyes® UK is opening a new restaurant at Fort Kinnaird Shopping Centre in Edinburgh this autumn. It will be the second location for the brand in the Lothians and the eighth in Scotland overall.
The 80-seat restaurant will also offer outdoor seating for 24 people, alongside four kerbside collection bays for online orders. The opening is part of wider plans to launch over 45 Popeyes® sites across the UK next year.
The menu will include Popeyes® staples such as the Chicken Sandwich, Tenders, Signature Wraps and its Saucin’ Boneless range, and a breakfast menu that features the Big Cajun Roll, Cajun Hash Browns and buttermilk biscuits topped with Nutella.

The fantastic response to our Princes Street launch back in March showed there’s a real appetite for the authentic Louisiana flavours we bring to this side of Scotland, and I’m confident our new restaurant will be just as popular.”
The new restaurant is expected to create 67 jobs.
