Iona Pub Partnership, who operate a leased and tenanted estate of more than 100 pubs and bars across Scotland, has appointed business property adviser Christie & Co to market ten of its licensed premises across Scotland.
The pubs for sale include the Caledonian Bar in Perth, Plough Tavern in Haddington, Porters Bar in Edinburgh, Spin Bar & Diner in Aberdeen, Bar Six in Wishaw, Fanny by Gaslight in Kilmarnock, The Dolphin and The Hill Bar in Dundee, The Black Bull in Mid Calder, Livingston and the Stirrup Stane in Craigshill, Livingston.
