Edinburgh Bar Show will return for its third edition from 13 to 15 April 2026, with free trade passes now available.
The event, founded by Panda & Sons owner Iain McPherson and Edinburgh Cocktail Week directors Gary Anderson and Jamie Faulds, has become a growing fixture on the drinks industry calendar. It will again bring together bars, brands and hospitality professionals for three days of seminars, takeovers, tastings and brand activations across the city.
The Voodoo Rooms will serve as the main hub for the show, hosting the core seminar programme, tastings, networking and daytime events, while venues across Edinburgh will stage takeovers and other activity.
Among the early highlights confirmed are a Johnnie Walker Black Ruby Lounge at the Johnnie Walker Experience, hosted by Ryan Chetiyawardana and Johnnie Walker Brand Ambassador Adam Hussain, with a later takeover at Bramble as the venue marks its 20th anniversary.
Also lined up are a Hendrick’s Gin launch party, Bacardi’s Monday night wrap party at Old Pal, a Brugal Rum collaboration with Source Coffee and Lucky Liquor, and the return of The Ada Coleman Project with a seminar programme focused on representation, mentorship and progression.
Disaronno Group will also run its ‘Pitch It’ programme, giving bartenders from across the UK the chance to present an original seminar concept at the show.
Iain McPherson, founder of Edinburgh Bar Show and owner of Panda & Sons, said, “Scotland and Edinburgh has such an incredible and mature bar community. We are always so proud to host the bar show in Scotland’s capital, and I can’t believe it is year 3 already. Every year we are seeing more and more international bartender visitors and the calibre of seminars is getting more and more exciting each year.”
In 2025, the event attracted more than 1,400 registered trade delegates and featured 25 seminars and 26 bar takeovers.
