After months of meticulous planning and many, many sleepless nights, the balls are now rolling at Ian McColm’s Bowlarama on Glasgow’s Glassford Street, formerly Tiger Tiger.
Ian told DRAM, “I must have viewed every old snooker hall and car park in Glasgow, and I viewed this property before
BREXIT, just to give you an idea of how long it’s been coming, plus the landlord changed over this time.”
He continued, “We needed a building that could accommodate 30-metre lanes and most Glasgow buildings fall short at 27 metres. We’ve got four lanes in all, plus a whole corner of Bowlarama is taken up with a Tiki Bar and
nightclub too.”
It also boasts a snug and a 80-cover restaurant as well as the Bowling alleys which all feature high tech Vector HD
scoring and sophisticated neon lights which can be tailored to each player. Best of all it has a 3 am licence seven nights per week.
