Ondine Oyster & Grill at Seaton House in St Andrews is launching a programme of chef collaborations, with BBC Saturday Kitchen presenter Matt Tebbutt the first guest for an exclusive dinner on 13th May.
Chef director Roy Brett is behind the series, which will bring what he describes as leading culinary talent from across the UK to cook with him and his team at the St Andrews venue throughout the year. Each event will take the form of a five-course dinner, with champagne on arrival provided by de Burgh Wine.
Tebbutt, who has presented Saturday Kitchen on BBC One since 2016 and appears on MasterChef The Professionals, previously ran The Foxhunter in Monmouthshire with his wife Lisa for 14 years, winning AA Restaurant of the Year for Wales.
